Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Product is defective or not working as described

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Skincare, beauty tools, or personal care items once unsealed

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Proof Required

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos/video of the product issue

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

4. Refund Method

Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as:

  • Replacement product
    OR

  • Store credit

(We do not offer cash refunds.)

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we cover return shipping.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs apply.
