Photos/video of the product issue

Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
4. Refund Method
Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued as:

Replacement product

Store credit
(We do not offer cash refunds.)
5. Return Shipping

In case of our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we cover return shipping.
